Starstruck V Auditions

Dream, Believe, Survive is the tagline of GMA-7’s reality star search, StarStruck, now on its 5th season. Starstruck held its initial auditions yesterday to a very successful launch. If you are aged 16 to 23 year old, male or female, Filipino citizen with talents in singing, dancing and acting, you can also dream, believe, survive and be a GMA star! Application Forms are now available at SM Cebu, SM Iloilo, SM Davao and Stadia in Dagupan as well as at GMA Network Drive for Manila-based applicants. The form is to be submitted for the actual audition date in your chosen venue. The next audition dates are in the following venues:

September 1 -10 AM – 5PM – GMA Network Drive, QC

September 5 – Dagupan

September 10 –

Requirements:

1. Original and photocopy of your birth certificate,
2. Whole body close-up picture.
3. If you are below 18 years old, you must have a written parental consent from your parents together with their valid ID’s(original and photocopy).

Starstruck V is expected to air in November 2009 and will be hosted by Pinay Rosalinda, Carla Abellana.
